  • Anna draws from nature and the wild, the mystics, celtic spirituality, wisdom texts, poetry, other faith traditions, science and psychology to craft a guided meditation and time of journal reflection. She invites you into different contemplative practices such as Ignatian meditation, centering prayer, Lectio Divina, the Examen, reflective exercises and silence to connect us to our own souls, the season and our Source.

  • The retreats are open to all, any faith background or none, beginners in meditation or more experienced.

  • Each retreat will contemplate a particular theme related to the season or festival to help us connect with ourselves, the earth and the Divine.

‘It was just a brilliant, perfectly crafted whole, each theme being so apt and evocative. Thank you.’ Patti

The retreat are at key moments in the Celtic Wheel of the Year and Christian calendar
